Within the U.S.

Need your sugar rush and don’t live near a store? Don’t worry!Our Sundae Donuts DIY Decorating Kits are available for shipping nationwide, Monday through Friday. Once you place your order, your goods will be shipped out within 48 business hours.

Internationally and P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we don’t yet ship internationally, to US Territories, overseas military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.But if you send your G-5 or better, we’ll hop onboard and deliver in person. 

*Due to Covid-19, you might experience delays. If you are ordering for a time sensitive celebration, pretty please, with sugar on top, select a delivery date 1 to 2 days before the big day. 

The cost to ship is calculated during checkout which accounts for overnight shipping to ensure optimal freshness. We’re currently offering free shipping with orders $100+ year-round.

Our mini donuts should be kept at room temperature. If you don’t plan to enjoy them within 5-7 days, they can go in the freezer in our air-tight bag for up to 6months.

NOTE:  Please DONUT refrigerate! This will dry out the mini donuts. And nobody likes dry donuts…

Q: What do you call a cute custom donut?

A: A-dough-rable.

We can customize any of our treats. Just contact us through our custom order form and someone from the Sundae Donuts team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm details.

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks prior to your event date, although we will try to accommodate requests as best we can.

Please note all custom orders must be paid in advance.  Your order will not be complete until invoice is paid.

Sorry, sugar, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any perishable goods.  We are not responsible for products improperly stored or transported or mistakes you might make during the ordering process. We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners or any other reason beyond our control resulting in a delayed/non-delivery. All sales are final.  

A party without Sundae Donuts is just a meeting. So don’t forget that you can host your birthday or a private event in one of our stores. We also cater – from intimate get togethers to grand galas.

Please donut judge us, but our products contain gluten, we use dairy and we are not a nut-freefacility.

However, our mini-donuts ARE Kosher certified, some of our locations offer dairy-free ice cream and milkshakes and all our merch is definitely gluten free!
